Luke Risher

Luke was born and raised in the Germantown area of Philadelphia and went to public school his whole life. Now an alumni of the district, he became active in advocacy work during high school. This lead him and other students to found UrbEd and he’s stayed involved ever since. Outside of UrbEd Luke is involved in the Philadelphia art scene working as a videographer.
