Yes, UrbEd Inc. is exempt from federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations to the organization are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowable under the law.

Your security is the most important thing for us, UrbEd uses APLOS donation software which ensures your data and privacy are secure. The software is PCI compliant, uses data encryption, and monitors for fraud. If you have any concerns about making online donations, please contact donate@urbedadvocates.org or consider making a donation over the phone with an UrbEd team member.
Any third party who enters credit card information on behalf of a donor, by their actions of entering any such credit card information on behalf of a donor assumes all risk of loss and any liability associated with such transaction.

UrbEd would be so excited to be supported through funds raised at your event, we ask that you email brandon@urbedadvocates.org prior for authorization to use UrbEd Inc. and relevant media. Upon request, our team would also provide promotional materials and appropriate logos.
To make a donation in honor or memory of a friend or loved one, please email
donate@urbedadvocates.org. Upon contacting us, UrbEd will send a card and certificate via mail or email to the address provided. Please note via mail, materials may take up to two weeks to be delivered. For larger contributions, or those considering funding memorial scholarships, the UrbEd team will contact you for further guidance.
UrbEd Inc. ensures funds from donations go directly to supporting programs, advocacy campaigns, policies, and young people who have been directly affected by an under-resourced and inequitable system. We understand the great responsibility that comes with receiving your donations, and are committed to allocating those funds to impactful and critical programming.
