My name is Mckayla Warwick (she/her), and I am delighted to be on the UrbEd Board of Directors. I come to this work by way of my passions for anti-racism, education equity, restorative responses, and a desire to repair our world so it can be home for generations to come. I found my way to Philly through college and got to know it through work with youth and various neighborhood schools. I remain here today as a founder and the Executive Director of Collective Climb—a nonprofit committed to healing our communities, not recapitulating further harm. In my spare time, you can find me reading a book, on a walk, or introducing someone to my favorite restaurants.
