Brandon Archer is a Junior at Swarthmore with a special major in English Literature and Black Studies minoring in Educational Studies. Within the college, he serves as the President of the McCabe scholars, an Executive Board member of the Afro-American Student Society, member of the Writing Associates Fellowship, and researcher regarding global indicator development and violations of student activist rights. He has been recognized nationally for his commitment to racial justice and community organizing from his co-founding of the Philadelphia Black Students Alliance and political campaigning. Joining UrbEd in 2020 as the Director of Communications, he now serves as the Executive Director, managing the organization, office development, strategic planning, finances, HR, grants, government relations and board relations.
